简介 Introduction
IBC周转移动系列料仓是我公司在吸收西欧国家先进制药生产工艺开发研制而成，适用于制药企业密闭型生产工艺物料的转运。该设备顶盖和阀门均设有硅胶密封圈，让药品存储密闭、安全、不受潮。物料可在同一容器中完成不同的用途，达到物料不转料、不加料等频繁的工序，有效地防止粉尘交叉污染。完全符合药品生产的GMP的要求。
IBC Mobile Storage Bin series are designed to transfer materials for pharmaceutical hermetic manufacturing technique by our company through absorbing advanced Western European pharmaceutical production technology. Head cover and valve are equipped with silicone seal ring to make sure pharmaceuticals staying in airtight, safe and dry condition. Materials can serve different purposes in the same container without frequent procedure of alter or feeding. It prevents material from cross-contamination and meets with GMP requirements.
特点Features
1.料仓采用优质奥氏体304或316L不锈钢精制；
2.外形为方形圆角锥形料仓，所有转角均圆弧过渡，无死角、
无残留，造型美观；
3.内外表面经高度抛光处理，内表粗糙度可达到Ra≤0.2μm，
外表粗糙度可达到Ra≤0.4μm；
4.特制的斗盖和蝶阀均设有硅胶密封装置，确保密封性；
5.所有焊接处都进行了坡口处理，双面氩弧焊后进行磨平、抛
光处理，焊接质量符合JB4708和JB4709要求；
6.配有特制的脚轮，保护洁净区地面不被损坏，不留痕迹；
7.该料仓具有足够的强度，不产生变形现象。

4.Tailor-made bucket cover and butterfly valve are equipped with silicon seals to ensure sealing;
5.Groove process for all welding joints, smoothing and polishing after double-side argon arc welding. In line with JB4708 and JB4709 standards;
6.Special made trundle to protect clean area from damaging;
