简介Introduction
粗碎机主要用于松散的物料（即块状硬度极低），由、粗碎机、氮气补充装置等组成，主要用于三合一（过滤洗涤干燥机）或双锥干燥后的物料中的块团进行初步破碎，达到便于输送的目的。

特点Features
1.所有与物料接触的关键性金属表面应当由SS304不锈钢或更好的材料构成，内部镜面抛光至< 0.4µm Ra，
外表面抛光< 0.8µm Ra。所有非产品接触性金属表面应当由304级不锈钢或更好的材料制造；
2.移动脚轮，便于上下楼层移动；快开式结构，便于清洗和拆装；
3.设备总高度不超过,接口进料处为DN200，出料处为DN75，均为软管连接；
4. 给料转阀为0-180度旋转气缸驱动，用电磁阀控制，实现正负180度交替运转，转速可设定；
5.粗碎机由减速防爆电机驱动，速度284Rpm可调，功率2.2KW；
6.补气装置就是在输送管的最前端增添气动球阀，抽料时自动开启，与输送物料的真空同步；
